I think the flexibility in the assignments allowed for creativity as well. And just being able to choose, you know, what’s relevant to their profession, or what’s important to them. And also, you know, be able to share some of their experiences and expertise in certain areas.

Sarah Bethune

This week, I speak with my teaching team about how we integrated social and emotional learning into our online graduate courses. We speak about how we created a class climate of openness, respect, and value for everyone’s experiences and views through modelling, engagement, and empathy.
